Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on Daily Log.

We'd rather you be happy than hold onto a sale. If Daily Log isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase and we'll return your money in full.

How to request a refund

  1. Email [support email] within 7 days of your purchase.
  2. Include the email or phone number you paid with (and the Razorpay payment id if you have it) so we can find your order.
  3. You don't need to give a reason — but if something didn't work, we'd love to hear it so we can fix it.

How the refund is paid

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. Once processed, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After 7 days

Because Daily Log is a digital product you download and keep, we generally can't offer refunds after the 7-day window. If you hit a genuine problem — it won't open, you can't access your download — email us anyway and we'll make it right.
